14-day returns & exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached. A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Altered suits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes trousers hemmed to your requested length, even when the length tailoring is free. Confirm your fit and measurements before alteration work begins.
Also final sale: ties, cufflinks and sale items discounted by 40% or more.
Contact us within 14 days with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item back.

Use our measuring guide or ask for sizing advice before ordering. Local customers can visit Fashion Fits at CF Markville Mall. Pant-length tailoring is free with your suit purchase. Other alterations are quoted separately.
